I went to Maverick Strength for the first time and had such a great experience! Cody was amazing…he truly supports your personal goals. All the coaches were super friendly, helpful, and made me feel comfortable from the start. Marc did an incredible job teaching me the proper way and how to use the equipment safely, which was a big help for someone like me who was nervous to even step into a gym. What I love is that each coach brings something unique…their own strengths, energy, and support, and they are all amazing in their own way. No matter what your goals…whether you are a beginner like me, getting back into fitness, or just wanting to feel strong again, this gym is the perfect place. They genuinely want to help you succeed. Maverick has been the corner stone of my life for the past 4 years. The team/family environment Cody has created is unlike anything I’ve ever been apart of. It was hard to believe how friendly and supportive everyone was at first.. the secret to it all you ask? Mavericks members are all there for the same reason: to walk out better versions of themselves each and everyday. Simple as that. Coming from a history in sports, I thought I had the gym figured out for the most part… that couldn’t have been further from the truth! Sure I could handle all the basic movements, but my form was no where near where it was supposed to be… when I started doing Semi-Private training with Mike..that’s when gains went nuclear. It wasn’t before long until we were adding serious weight to the bar, and making some massive personal gains in the gym. Mike is a huge part of why I love Maverick and has become a close friend to myself and many others at the gym. The “High Performance” class at Maverick was a devision created the summer of 2022, let by Ryan Reid, for those looking to push themselves in a more CrossFit direct atmosphere. Coming from a history in coaching and competing, Ryan’s class found a group of athletes within maverick (including myself) who got hooked immediately. Many competing for the first time this past fall (2022) in a CrossFit competition organized by Maverick. Aside from all that, Ryan is intelligent, strong, supportive, and pushes you to be better every day. The High Performance class has its own family of athletes within Maverick and are welcoming with open arms anyone who wished to join. I can’t say enough about Maverick and the team they have here. They’re friendly, loving, kind, hardworking, and only want to see the best from you. Thank you everyone who’s been apart of my journey there the past years.

I love this gym! The most inspiring and uplifting gym I’ve ever joined. As a 40-year-old mom of 4, I’m starting my fitness journey and Cody and the trainers have been incredibly welcoming and mindful of medical issues I have from my births. Whenever I’m at Maverick, I look around and see people of all ages and abilities and it’s so inspiring. Keep up the good work!

Coaches at Maverick Strength are top notch . They’re always watching to ensure participants are performing the exercises correctly and demonstrate the correct positions before each exercise. Classes are well planned out and the atmosphere is friendly and inviting. I highly recommend Maverick Strength for anyone looking to improve their overall strength and fitness levels.

Maverick Strength is an awesome training space. The facility is clean, quiet, and extremely well equipped with everything you need to train effectively and without distraction. The layout is thoughtful, the equipment is high quality, and the overall environment supports focused, intentional training. If you’re looking for a gym space that supports consistency and progress, Maverick Strength is an excellent choice.

I have been a member at Maverick for a couple of months now and it has been a great experience! I am in the Legends class and have found the coaches, Andrew and Marc to be very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Andrew was especially helpful in devising a program that allowed me to train while avoiding aggravating a previous injury. Overall, the atmosphere is friendly and supportive. I would highly recommend Maverick!

My U14 boys soccer team needed something extra (bigger, faster, stronger) throughout the winter months. Maverick provided us with the perfect outlet for boys to experience their first gym workouts. We started with 12 sessions and have just added on another 10. The boys love the program and the coaching. I foresee this soccer group being a long term client of Maverick and looking forward to seeing the progress of the boys. 10/10 would recommend!!!
